My Stick appears in the app but doesn't show any temperature

If your Stick is visible in the app but isn't displaying any temperature, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1. Remove Stick from Charger and check the "Now Cooking" Page: When the Stick is on the charger, press the button and see if it appears on the "Now Cooking" page of the app. Remove the Stick from the charger. It will start sending temperature signals to the app only when taken off the charger.

2. Phone and App Updates: Restart your phone and ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
