My Stick appears in the app but doesn't show any temperature
If your Stick is visible in the app but isn't displaying any temperature, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
Remove the Stick from the charger and see if the temperature appears on the "Now Cooking" page of the app. The Stick will start sending temperature signals to the app only when taken off the charger.
If you still can't see the temperature, restart your phone and ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
