# Why is my Stick not connecting or not found in the App?

If you're having trouble connecting your Stick to the app, it might be due to the following reasons:

**Bluetooth Issues:**

* Restart your phone to resolve potential Bluetooth-related problems.

**Insufficient Charging:**

* Ensure the Stick is sufficiently charged and the contact points are clean. Clean the round metal cap and stainless steel parts to ensure they appear as steel and not black.
* Place the Stick back on the Base to charge for at least 1 hour before trying to connect again.
