My base or hub isn't working
Use a SIM ejector or similar to push the tiny button on the side hole of the Base
If ever the Smart Base seems to freeze up, you will need to power reset the Base.
Power resetting the Base just lets it restart (like rebooting your computer) it will not reset any settings (ie WiFi etc)
To do this, please do the following.
Locate and Press the Reset Button:
Find the tiny reset button in the side hole of the Base. Use a SIM ejector tool or similar object to press it.
LED Indicator:
The LED will cycle through the color, indicating a successful power reset.
These steps cover the V Smart Base. The V Duo Base and V WiFi Hub reset the same way — a tiny reset button in a side hole; press it with a SIM-ejector tool until the LED cycles through its colors.
