My base or hub isn't working
Use a SIM ejector or similar to push the tiny button on the side hole of the Base
If your Smart Base, Duo Base, or WiFi Hub freezes up or stops responding, a power reset usually clears it. This just restarts the device (like rebooting a computer) — it does not erase your WiFi or any other settings.
Find the reset button. Look for the tiny hole on the side of the base and press the button inside it with a SIM-ejector tool or a paperclip.
Watch the LED. It cycles through its colors to confirm the reset worked.
The V Duo Base and V WiFi Hub reset exactly the same way.
V Duo Base — first-batch note: on some early Duo Base units, pressing reset can leave it not booting back up. If that happens, plug the Duo Base into USB power and press the reset button again — it'll start up normally.
