Why is my Stick not connecting or not found in the App?
If you're having trouble connecting your Stick to the app, it might be due to the following reasons:
Bluetooth Issues:
Restart your phone to resolve potential Bluetooth-related problems.
Insufficient Charging:
Ensure the Stick is sufficiently charged and the contact points are clean. Clean the round metal cap and stainless steel parts to ensure they appear as steel and not black.
Place the Stick back on the Base to charge for at least 1 hour before trying to connect again.
