# Activating Xtender mode on a WiFi Bridge

You have two convenient options to activate Xtender mode on your WiFi Bridge:

#### Through the App (when connected to WiFi)

1. **Access Settings:** Open the MeatStick App and go to the WiFi Bridge settings.
2. **Select Xtender Mode:** Choose the option to switch the Bridge to Xtender mode.
3. **Reboot:** The Bridge will reboot and operate in Xtender mode, extending its signal range.

#### Direct Activation (without WiFi setup)

1. **Press the Button:** If your Bridge is not connected to WiFi, simply press the button on the Bridge.
2. **Immediate Activation:** This action will immediately activate Xtender mode, enhancing signal amplification.
