Replacement parts

Lost a charger? Bent a cable? Want a spare Stick? Most pieces of your MeatStick setup can be replaced individually — you don't have to re-buy the whole set.

What you can replace

Part	Notes
Stick	A replacement V Series Stick (V Prime or V Core) pairs to your existing app and base.
Base or charger	V Smart Base, V Duo Smart Base, V Charge Stack, or V WiFi Hub.
Wired Ambient Probe	The grate-level probe that ships with the V Forge Set.
USB-C charging cable	Standard USB-C — any quality cable works in a pinch.
Color ID rings	Yellow / blue / red silicone rings for telling Sticks apart.

How to get a replacement

The fastest way is to fill out a ticket in the app. Tell us:

1. Which part you need

2. Which set you have (V Forge Set, V Prime Set, V Duo Set, V Core Set, or a legacy MeatStick)

3. Your order number, if you have it

Expanding vs. replacing
